Here’s the plan for DegenCRM over coming months
1. Research and Planning (2-3 months)
- Market research: Understand the needs and pain points of Web3 projects when managing and growing their communities.
- Technical research: Understand the technical requirements for integrating standard CRM functionality with Web3 data, the ChatGPT API, and the Blockchain.
- Start Consulting Work: Use my existing skills and knowledge to work with clients on their existing projects
- Build a prototype: Develop a simple prototype that demonstrates the basic concept of your CRM.
2. MVP Development (3-6 months)
- Build the core CRM API features: Contact management, interaction tracking, and customer segmentation.
- Integrate AI agents for automated customer communications and other requirements.
- Test and iterate: Conduct user testing and gather feedback.
3. Beta Launch (1-2 months)
- Invite a small group of users to try out your CRM tools and provide feedback.
- Improve and iterate based on user feedback.
- Prepare for a public launch.
4. Public Launch (1 month)
- Launch CRM tools publicly.
- Focus on customer acquisition and growth.
5. Post-Launch Improvements (ongoing)
- Roll out updates and new features based on user feedback and changing market needs.
- Possible new features might include advanced analytics, marketing automation, social media integration, etc.
- Focus on customer retention and expansion: Ensure existing users are happy and explore up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
6. Scaling and Expansion (ongoing)
- Scale your infrastructure to support a growing user base.
- Explore partnerships and integrations with other tools and platforms that your customers use.
